From growing up with my British grandfather in Southern Africa to arriving in Hong Kong in 2010, I have always been drawn to the opportunity for adventure and personal development.

In Hong Kong, my time at an international school gave me a unique viewpoint to see the long-lasting impact teachers can have on their students. Given direction, guidance and a curriculum that teachers feel passionate about, children can reach beyond the limits set by traditional schools; thus Butterfly Milk was created in 2013.

We encourage children’s natural curiosity for language and learning, with a focus on growth and understanding as a source of motivation. It is at these early stages that habits for lifelong learning are forged.
